Do's and Don'ts • Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. • Inform your instructor of any limitations or physical challenges. • Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing. • Please turn Cell Phones off before entering the practice room. • Listen To Your Body – Everyone’s practice is different and everyday your practice changes. Please listen to the signals your body is sending. Take breaks when you need them – Child’s pose is a great resting place. If a pose is not working for your body please make adjustments. The instructors are here to help with many variations for each pose.
Also Don't - • Wear any perfume, cologne or lotion. • Eat heavy meal 2-3 hours before class. • Engage in loud conversation inside or outside the studio. • Worry - the way you do yoga is perfect!
