Minds Eye Healing and Meditation Center Mondays, 5:45pm Basic / Beginner Basic / Beginner classes will introduce you to the yoga practice with special attention to your body’s alignment, breath, and safety. You will become familiar with the fundamental standing, seated, and balancing poses, and learn about the physical and mental effects yoga has on your body, mind and breath.
Minds Eye Healing and Meditation Center Wednesdays, 5:45pm Slow Flow Challenging but slower flowing with fewer postures than a regular Vinyasa flow class, more emphasis on alignment, breath and foundation tools of a yoga practice.
